Buying Tips

• If commuting time is important, take a "test drive". Drive to work from the home(s) you're considering.
• Check to see when the house was listed. Sellers tend to be more flexible the longer the house has been on the market.
• Check to determine the age of the appliances. Those items listed "as is" tend to be on their last legs.
• Get pre-approved for your home loan. Our detailed list helps get your organized as to what information you'll need to apply for a home loan.
